Change the number of guests on your Experience reservation
Finding a time that works for a group isn’t always easy, so you may be able to change the number of guests on your Experience reservation, depending on your Host’s availability and their cancellation policy.
You’ll be able to review any changes in the total cost or your refund amount before you finalize the change.
If you’d just like to update the name or email address of a guest on your reservation without changing the number of guests, find out how to edit guest info on your Experience reservation.
Adding guests
To add to the number of guests on your Experience reservation:
- Go to Trips and click the Experience you want to change
- Click Change or cancel
- Under Add guests to reservation, click Next
- Choose how many guests you’d like to add, and click Continue
- Click Confirm and pay
- Tap Trips
and select the Experience you want to change - Tap Add guests
- Fill out your guest’s info, and tap Save
- Tap Review changes, and tap Change reservation
We’ll email your guest the Experience’s plan and details.

- Go to Trips and tap the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation
- Under Add guests to reservation, tap Next
- Choose how many guests you’d like to add, and tap Continue
- Tap Confirm and pay
Removing guests
To remove from the number of guests on your Experience reservation:
- Go to Trips and click the Experience you want to change
- Click Change or cancel
- Under Remove guests from reservation, click Next
- Select the guest you want to remove, and click Continue
- Click Confirm change
- Tap Trips and select the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation, and tap Remove guests
- Next to the guest you want to remove, swipe and tap Remove
- Tap Review changes, and tap Change reservation
- Tap Trips and select the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation, and tap Remove guests
- Next to the guest you want to remove, swipe and tap Remove
- Tap Review changes, and tap Change reservation
- Go to Trips and tap the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation, and tap Remove guests
- Under Remove guests from reservation, tap Next
- Select the guest you want to remove, and tap Continue
- Tap Confirm change
