Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Waldhütte - Tiny House

Unsere "Waldhütte" steht mitten im Fünf-Seen-Land und im Pfaffenwinkel. Sie ist das Richtige für Reisende die Ruhe suchen aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zu Ausflugszielen wie z.B. Schlösser, Seen, Berge oder die Stadt München wünschen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und mitten in der Natur! Die Apartement-Wohnung (45 m^2) liegt in einem separaten, ebenerdigen Anbau im Garten des Haupthauses und hat einen eigenen Zugang. Sie liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Buchenhain der Gemeinde Baierbrunn. Von hieraus ist man schnell in der Münchener City oder in den Alpen. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.

Cosy country house near Munich

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
