Promotion dates
There’s a lot to think about when marketing your place. Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about what guests want. That’s why, for certain promotions, we’ll automatically recommend dates that are most attractive. Our dates are based on:
- What’s going on in your area
- The booking window that’s marketed to guests
If you want to promote other dates, you can create a custom promotion instead, if that’s available for your listing. Learn more about custom promotions.

Why aren’t custom promotions available for my listing?
Luxe listings and hotels aren’t eligible for custom promotions. Your listing also must have at least 3 bookings before it’s eligible. - help_center_platform.home.stays_host one two three four

Why can’t I set a custom promotion for some dates?
We try to only highlight prices that are great deals for guests, so not every date will be eligible for a custom promotion.
