Blue Mesa Reservoir Cabin 1

Step back in time and stay in a historic cabin that was once in the original Sapinero town that is now at the bottom of the Blue Mesa Reservoir. This newly remodeled cabin has some nice conveniences such as a fridge and freezer with running hot and cold water, Hot pot, stocked kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, Charcoal grill outside along with a fire pit. We have a beautiful remodeled Bath house that has a sink, shower, and toilet. We do have satellite wifi throughout the campground.

Aspen Cabin in the Cimarron Valley

Our small studio-style Aspen cabin is ideal for one or two people. It has a small kitchen fully furnished with stove, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The cabin has a queen bed, dresser, and small dining table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with sink. Outside is a small porch sitting area with a table and chairs. This cabin has WIFI but no TV.

Backcountry Basecamp

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.

The Alley House

We call it 'the Alley House' - located in the heart of Gunnison, immediately across from the campus of Western Colorado University. Three blocks from downtown and directly across from the bus stop to The Crested Butte Ski area. In case you need them, we provide a pack-and-play as well as a single air mattress, along with bedding.
