Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

On the edge of Burry Port, facing south across open green space and the inner harbour, Driftwood Cottage is ideally placed for individuals, families and couples wanting to enjoy the unspoilt Carmarthenshire coast and countryside. It's a few minutes’ walk to the harbour and beaches, as well as the Wales Coastal Path and cycle tracks (NCR 4) there is so much to explore and soak in. Local shops, cafes, pubs and take-aways are a short walk away. The local bus stops and railway station are close by.

Cosy Log Cabin

Lovely, tranquil retreat on the road to Llansteffan, three miles from Carmarthen. The log cabin is at the far end of a large lily pond within the grounds of our three-acre garden. Features include a log burner, fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels, DVD library, large box of games, private deck and garden area overlooking the pond, BBQ and outdoor lighting. NB: the Cosy Cabin does not have WiFi. It is not suitable for children under the age of 12 because of the log burner and the large pond.
